from silence to shade.

A structured process is itself a competitive advantage. A client investing 4,000+ EUR wants to know what happens when.

    Day 1

    Inquiry

    Client writes via form, email or Instagram. We reply within two business days.

  2. 02

    Week 1–2

    Consultation

    90 minutes on site, EUR 200. Conversation about vision, lifestyle, budget. Written summary within 5 days.

  3. 03

    Week 2–3

    Brief & Contract

    Written proposal, work contract, 50% deposit. Without deposit we don't begin.

  4. 04

    Week 3–7

    Study

    Conceptual garden study — functional zones, composition, materials, key plants. Presentation to client.

  5. 05

    Week 7–9

    Revisions

    Two rounds of revisions included. Refinement to detail.

  6. 06

    Week 9–14

    Design

    Complete technical documentation for construction. Site plan, sections, planting plan, budget.

  7. 07

    Months 4–10 (optional)

    Construction

    Construction firm from our partner network + author's supervision. Garden handover to client.
